THE GALA HOTEL Brand
Our “THE GALA HOTEL” brand is a boutique hotel concept that offers tranquil and refined moments in the heart of the city. We currently operate THE GALA HOTEL UMEDA in Nakatsu, Umeda (Osaka), offering guests a serene space where natural materials and contemporary design harmonize, complemented by warm, attentive service that creates a truly special stay.
A premium property in Shibuya, Tokyo, is scheduled to open in the future, combining elevated standards of hospitality with sophisticated design to establish a new model for urban hotels.
MOON FOREST Brand
In Tokyo’s Azabu district, HANA HOSPITALITY operates “MOON FOREST,” a modern Hong Kong-Cantonese restaurant that combines traditional culinary artistry with contemporary flair. By integrating Japanese seasonal ingredients and creative presentation, MOON FOREST embodies a new form of Asian gastronomy that engages all five senses.
Guided by the philosophy of “reimagining Asian food culture and sharing it with the world,” the brand aims to expand throughout Japan and internationally, including Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East, and Europe, evolving into a globally recognized dining concept.
