Located in Tokyo’s Azabu district, MOON FOREST is a modern Hong Kong–Cantonese restaurant.
Combining traditional culinary techniques with the finest seasonal ingredients from across Japan,
we offer a new dining experience that delights all five senses — taste, sight, sound, scent, and touch.

I was born in Hong Kong and have been engaged in real estate and hotel management across Asia.
Through these experiences, I came to deeply appreciate the power of Japan’s aesthetic sense and its spirit of compassion toward people.
